The NC East District Bulletin "Happenings" is used as
a primary means to inform NC East District Optimists of news and events in the
District and to promote Optimism and the District activities.
We need your help in getting district information to include in the Bulletin.
- All members, especially District leaders, are asked to provide material to Wayne Sidelinger, our Bulletin Editor, for inclusion in the Bulletin.
- Club Presidents are asked to include Wayne in the distribution of your club newsletters.
Schedule
District Bulletins are issued quarterly, generally in October, January, April and July.
