2011-12 District Bulletin

The NC East District Bulletin "Happenings" is used as a primary means to inform NC East District Optimists of news and events in the District and to promote Optimism and the District activities.

We need your help in getting district information to include in the Bulletin.

Schedule

District Bulletins are issued quarterly, generally in October, January, April and July.
